Ernie of Oak was born on 11th April 2020 and is already attracting attention from young Camilla, who arrived on 7 February 2020. Camilla was the first calf born out of Martha of Oak, who is a very pretty and friendly yellow cow. Ernie’s mother is Molach of Oak and she is extremely protective of the little fellow, but this doesn’t stop the youngsters getting to know each other.
The two other additions to the fold this year are Charlie of Oak and Arnold of Oak. They were born within a day of each other in January 2020 and they are joined at the hip. Wherever one goes the other follows.
The spring grass is finally starting to push through, and the four little ones are enjoying the sunshine and putting on weight day by day.
